1、下載安裝程式:https://hyperrate.com/dir.php?eid=215

2、安裝(windows10 64-bit安裝到預設資料夾C:\Program Files (x86)\gcin)

3、下載語音檔：ogg-winch2.7z

4、語音檔解壓到C:\program files\gcin  or 64-bit Windows C:\Program Files (x86)\gcin

5、右下角 輸入法圖標按右鍵，勾選念出發音，然後點選重新執行gcin
